R5FORD 02-08-2009 11:23 AM

Only a small update today..

Had to sort all the wiring to the rear lights as the brake light was stuck on however after soldering all the wires up the brake lights were still on so we then decided to try the brake pressure swich and hey prest that worked so all the lights are working fine now..

Next on the agenda was to fic a bumper on the car so i can drive it to the exhaust fitting tomorrow.. Got that done with the help of my dads bumper clips as i didnt have any

Then got all 4 wheel on and then rebuilt the front end back up. Lights and grill.

Car looks abit sorry for itself atm but its only for a short time.. Il get a pic up tomorrow :top:

i am actually lost for words.....why has the car been stripped and what is the need to do anything to the the bodywork?:tiff::tiff:

the car was as straight as an arrow:roll::roll:

rog 13-11-2009 06:57 AM

As above, but each to their own, I can't see a spot of corrosion anywhere!

R5FORD 13-11-2009 02:24 PM

There is no corrosion the shell is perfect,

Kev the cars paint just needed a freshen up, it had a hard time sitting in the warehouse.

Just going for a freshen up,, Wasnt happy knowing the paint work was not 100% when everything else is and it would be a shame to not make the paint work A1 again ;)

NEIL A 15-11-2009 01:59 AM

I would be seriously pissed off with the transport/storage company if they did enough to justify a re paint on that shell, i seen it a couple of days before it left and it was perfect.

carlo 15-11-2009 09:12 AM

Surley if it was thr transport companys fault both cars would need paint ?
