Sierra stw 2L tic (cos 16v) 493hv/596Nm
Daily used 2L carburetor stw uptade.
First stg was just assemble:
home made tubular manifold with wastegate(turbosmart progate48,17psi spring)
holset hx35(54mm/60mm housing 6)
ic
home made inlet manifold with 630cc deca and ecu was Mrtech.
3" ex pipe
Engine was 205 block std (never open)
So conception was to get mapping ecu nearly to next motor what was allready assembled in new parts.
I drive few month just like that and get ecu ok.
clutch sliping 4, and 5 gear when pressure going up than 10psi
Testing in track few laps just holding pressure whit throttle below 10psi.
Brake: front-cos scorpion caliper,st170 disk. Rear full system 4x4 cos.ABS
Rear axle: 7,5" 3.91 gear,cos scorpion diff,-95 stw scorpion drive shaft(thicker 3mm than -91cos scorpion)
Wheel: esco cossie 16", 205/45 and 225/40
Gearbox: T5
So new motor time was become.

block 200 long head stud (10),machined groove to copper ring
new pistons (wiseco cossie like)
cos connecting rod
cos crankshaft
pinto hp oil pump
bmw oil jet in mainline (to pistons)
cos flywheel and cluts (4-plate)
16v head,cat cams ex cam cat cams "2330828"
Head whit 38mm/44,5mm valves, 134 camshaft,adjustable cam pulley,double spring and of course ported.
Compression ratio 7,5:1
Dyno tested now 22psi 353hv/6350rmp 315lb/ft/5050rmp
5700-7000rmp +340hv +258lb/ft
target was 350hv but was too much that exhousing.Pressure was 27psi.
Now switched 12 housing and ex press is 17psi when boost is 23psi

BF134-> newmans cams 284/474 PH4.5
compression ratio 7,5->8,5
hoping 400bhp become litle bit smaller boost than 2bar like now.

10mm Plenum Spacer
Boost 23->30psi (1,6-2,1bar)
Next mod better Plenum,inlet cam.
