hi all. i got my gf a saph. it looked good. untill. yeah you know.

i Found RUST. and i was alot of it. hehe

heres when i bougth it. hehe




i got the car up to my shop. and started take of things that neede some loving and refurb. and then we started with the grinder. and found a bit rust. but as we kept on going. we found more.
so then the Q came. buy a new one. or fix it.
the answer from the miss's was fix it. some how girls get feelings for cars. but why cars with rust`? :'(

if you see the brown yello dust on the side of the car. that was brake dust. from a total colapse of brakes in front with the old owner.

here you se i did a big wash of it. and i molested the paint with scrubing it in wheel brigthner from MEG's hehe

we moved the car down to a mate of mines work.
we started fixing the heavyly rusted car.




i removed the front wings. and found out that was good as the inner arch was damaged.
fixed that and have to buy new front wings


the door had a realy bad rust prob so found 2 new front doors and replaced them.

well new problem has popped up. the guy on the pic has gone to rehab. and i cant get my car back until he is back. so i'm kind of pissed off rigth now.

well the misses want it to be a replica cossy with 18 comp mo's. ice white or black paint job. with Roose splitter and rear spoiler. black leather interior. engine wize. think it will run with a 2,0 ohc.. or i will fit one of my 2,9 efi engines.

we will se about that later. she has not got her licence yet. hehe. kind of slow.

hehe. i want silver mo's i had white on mine. but painted them insidecolabox silver this winter. and it alot better to keep clean. hehe. if she want white. she has to wash them..! hehe

color on the car we dont know yet. but im hoping for black. as i love saph's who are real deep black. but this time shes the boss. hehe

me and a friend "broke" in and got our cars. only thing we got done today was completely take apart his Audi a4. so we will try to do more with the saph tomorrow.!

today i changed the rear lid. and i removed some mote paint and was happy with not finding that mutch rust on the passenger side.

my gf has washed her interiour. and found out what color she wants, but it was a secret. :'(

i realy do regret that i started on this car. BUT one more sierra saved from the scrappy.

WELL... BAD news. as i pulled out the engine. to rebuild that. i found a real long crack in a support beam. and MORE rust. so i took the old chevy suburban and drove over the sierra. no no.. im taking of what ever is ok on it. and send it to the scrappy.
