Took the car out earlier after checking about the attessa set up with Ian , thanks again mate

Anyway took it out with no attessa set up so full RWD and it was a bit of a handful lol

Leaving proper 11's down the road but steps out sharpish lol had some low speed fun as I feared I would run out of talent

Anyway the box sounds like shit lol, very noisy on over run and part throttle but goes into gear perfect so I suspect bearings but il look into getting a full rebuild soon

Not good to be noisey. It is amazing the difference with 2wd vs 4wd. I didn't think it would be that great. I take it that it is the box and not the clutch that is rattling? Mine def seemed to be clutch. If I have to rebuild mine then it will be a close ratio kit for sure.

Markk - what size aeroquip have you used for the attessa lines?

Going by original bore I was going to go AN10

Mate, I just cut the ends off each bit and walked in to pirtek, not long after I had all of the lines done, including the t piece to run the gauge that they supplied....if that helps?

I think I MAY have some of the low pressure side left as I bought spare, I will let you know if I have it as might be useful for sizing?

When I walked in to my local pirtek to get my pipes crimped I walked out with a lot less cash than I thought. Jesus they know how to charge.

Plan is to mount the attesa pump under the passenger seat as there is no room under the car for it, and this will keep all lines nice and short too

Just need to check it will clear the underneath of the seat

Might be best to mount it so the bleed nipple is easy to get to and wont spill fluid in the car...maybe pipe it out under the car? I used anti vibration mounts as I didn't want too much noise but then mine is a road car.

For how often it would need to be bled it would be just as quick to remove the passenger seat as its only 4 bolts plus you want the bleed nipples facing upwards

I will also use some kind of anti vibration mounting

Mounted the pump under the passenger seat and it just about fits although I'd need to remove seat to bleed it but that's only 5 mins so no real issue

That,s a hell of a clean attessa pump, mine looks crap compared to that.

Did i see some where on one of these skyline box threads that someone put up the wiring diagram/ colour codes of the wires on the attessa pump the 6 pin connector.

That is an R33 pump

The second solenoid is a fail safe one, it can be wired with the ets pro no problem it just needs 12v I think to disable it so the pump only runs from the primary solenoid

Only a small thing but due to exhaust tunnel I put in the handheld fire extinguisher no longer fits tucked under the passenger seat so although not as tucked away it's a top priority for me to have it accessible if ever needed so I mounted it long ways and will make a new foot plate as well
