hub converters look very good mate,
so is that still the standard rear cossie hub bearing i supplied that these accept? and then fitted with my standard 2wd rear hub flange/stub shaft with the longer press in studs i gave you? look forward to some pics of it all together tomorrow if it goes as planned
do the front cans have any kind of locator for the hub or just slot in as they are any way round?
have you made the mount yet for the rear bladed anti roll bar set up as i remember you saying you werent sure how you were going to do it yet.
look forward to the future updates Andrew
thanks Marc

PassionFord Post Whore!!
Lookin cool, not far off now.
Andrew, the misalignment spacers on the rose joints, how much movement do they allow?I bought some that say they allow 30degrees movement, but they don't seem high enough?
And the catch on the wishbone they are bolted to and could do with being higher really, but I only found 1 size?
Can you get taller ones?
M10 size.

Set up looks great mate
wasn't expecting the roll bar to be fitted already as well, that's the rear end finished now isn't it except the rear bumper mounting supports?
Also looks like the other roll cage X is fitted behind seats now as well?
Coming along fast now, starting to look like a car again,
look forward to having a proper look at the pics when I get home as my iPhone screen is shit lol

quick pic of some parts,
had this for a while now, i was toying with the idea of going dry sump set up but after weighing up the cost's and advantages its pointless for the kind of power im going for as the normal oil pump with a good big wing sump and this original unused 909 4x4 baffle and gate will be fine and alot cheaper as well
(poor pics im afraid as taken with iphone )
And the other part is the tilton brake bias valve that will im going to be using,
Going to go see ronnie amis now and pick up some more bits im collecting ready for the engine build

Andrew has not said when he thinks it will be done yet and i suppose it really depends on how busy he is week to week as obviously he cant spend all week solid on the car due to other jobs coming in as well and ive said from day one there is no rush, but the list of things to be done is getting smaller week by week,
once its home my only priority is to save to get it blasted to remove all surface rust off the new steel etc then get it into paint,
thinking anthracite on the inside like andrews here -
then frozen white on the outside but i am undecided whether to go white underneath and in the engine bay or go anthracite to keep it looking better as it inevitably gets dirty underneath etc, white will only look good to start imo
what you think?

seem to be the sensible way, anthracite or whatever colour Andrews is on the inside, underneath and engine bay and the focus rs frozen white on the outside
just been to see ronnie and picked up a minty mint standard size crank and a set of standard rods that will be used for the engine build at a later date, also in the pic is a thermostat housing i picked up for the head when i get it back,
Also spoke to a mate of mine earlier who just took delivery of his new skyline........looks nice when parked along side his his shiney new bentley drop top in the garage of his new 1.4 million pound house,
not jealous at all.....HONEST
not doing bad for a 27 yr old,
