The headlining is from a Swedish company, www.topntrim.nu and is a foam rubber with a layer of fabric on top, the fabric is kind of what you use on you subwoofer boxes.
Very easy to work with..

The glue i used was 3M spray 74, it whitstands heat and dont let go after some time.
Very god shit.

I use Wurth, and i`m very happy whit how it works.

It dosent effect the structure of the plastic.

hello mate did you remove all the old orange coloured foam left behind before you suck the new stuff on or did you just glue over the top?
Do they do the fabric in the orignal light grey colour? web page alittle confusing.

Cheers dave

The old dry foam was removed, just used a hard brush to get it to let go.
Then i used airpressure to blow it off...

i understand if the page is a bit hard to read for you "non Sweds"
But on your left there is a word, (Innertak)
Press that and scroll down untill you can read: (Innertaksmaterial, tyg laminerade med skum, för limning på platta, t ex SAAB m fl)
Thats the 4 different colors of the fabric i used...
They send out test pieces of the fabric so you can inspect the color before you by, at least in Sweden...

But you must have a lot off "interior fabrikators" in England you can use?

Sorry about my spelling!
/Patrik

That looks the bollox!

I've not had any personal experience with them my self but I know of people that have used B trim http://www.b-trim.co.uk to get their headlining re done.

Alcantara is hard to work with mate!, the key to any liner job is the glue! a spray glue out the tin wont cut the mustard! you need a tin gluer or glue out a paint gun!

just done my frs in full alcantara..

All pillers and a few bits painted saitin black, i've got a set of visers that i did in alcantara but there lost!

Hard to se your tiny pics.
When i did all 4 doors and the dashbord with the navigator/dvd i used superstretch vinyl and 3M Fastbound 30 glue.
Is that glue something you can use whit the alcantara?
Or does it go thru the fabric?

One rebuilt doorpanel...

Not sure how to post pics mate ha ha

I've never used 3m fast bond 30 glue so not sure about using it on Alcantara, is it thick or runny tin glue or a spray?

For headliners i use hta 1000 high temp glue from wayside adhesives, the glue needs to be high temp for headliners.

Your door cards look great mate! that vinly must be streachy as fook or did you have to heat it? where did you get it from?
