Right, here is a mk4 XR3I in auto with power steering...
but we all know thats gay... the shell is so clean i cant bring myself to part with her.

So this summer the car will get transformed.

How the car looks at the moment.









I am getting a 1900cvh of a mate whos breaking his car.
going to have big front brakes, dont know what yet, rear disc conversion.
fully adjustable suspension, and polly bushed.
i am thinking wheel wise for EsCos Monte wheels.

Any recomendations on best shocks and springs brakes etc would be welcomed.

Very nice i like that i'll vouch for the koni's ive got the top adjustable shocks and -40mm springs on mine and i think there ausome.
I dont know how bigger brakes your thinking off but ive got cossie 4x4 calipers which bolt straight on and 2wd disc's on my 3i and they pull up well and ive not yet had a chance to try them yet but ive got cossie 2wd 4 pot callipers and discs on my estate there not as straight forward to get on.

1 owner from new, got it for £325 always garaged and serviced owned by a little old lady.

Any it even has the sticker under the rear tow eye where the pdi at the ford dealer 20 odd years ago, i would say its probably one of the most solid xr3i's you will find. as there is not a spec of rust anywhere..

Mint for an F plate, bro had one around 1996 had alot of arch troubles. Apparently due to the steel???

it was d plates that had big problems.

my grandad had a D plate bonus in 86, was rusting after 2 years

but all fords are made from old tin anyway and fust like fuck

Right... After speaking with beef on msn about the car... He helped me come up with a great vision for the car.

but i have always loved the MK3 escort so much more..
especialy the RS1600i, and since i saw Lee Ivatts in person, i have been longing for a 16i

So i am sending it to one of Beefs friends up north when i get a bit of money im waiting to come in, And then....

Its getting converted to MK3 Escort, Will have a RS1600i kit, Painted in Jewel Violet, with black decals and EsCos Monte alloys, and engine bay sprayed black with a 1900cvh sitting in it, And the Decals will say RS1900i just to confuse people
I am going to try and photoshop how it will look,

right- lots gone on. The car developed an oil leak unknown to me. My mate borrowed the car for 2 weeks and have it back with a blown engine. So yesterday me and a mate ripped the old lump out. And put in the 1900 cvh. Its n/a at the moment. But we put the engine in as this car is my daily driver at the moment. Engine is mint and strong. Has i small rocker cover leak. Anyone know if i can put a rs1600 rocker cover on the 1900?

Also fitted full rst body kit, and recaros.
Off for paint in a week
Will get photos up asap. Cant atm as the laptop is screwed and im posting from my mobile phone

they did do a rs1900 didnt they its where the rattle snake body kit came from looks awsome tho would love to buy it and power steering how cool
