just thought i would post these pics up of my brother inlaws new cossie,he brought it last night (monday)4x4,j plate.
engine is out in bits(like most cossie's lol) as the pistons ave got some marks down them.
the last owner rebuilt it & only did about 200 miles,was told he didnt run it in& thrashed it for the miles that he did.
this is prob goin to be a slow project as my bro inlaw has already got 2 projects,mk4 escort estate cossie & a v8 off roader so updates might take time.
he already has his other cossie lump rebuilt & sat in the garage so he might just drop it in.
the car as spent most its life in a garage & is in good condition

well this was how we spent fathers day afternoon lol,
after changing alot of things from the other engine to this one we finaly got the engine of the frame & ready to drop in the car.



went together easy


then we got all the hubs back on,drive shafts,anti roll bar,brakes,rad,pipes etc etc



poped over tonight after getting some oil in it & it fired up straight away,sounded sweet after 20 mins.just needs setting up & running in now.
