Default ben_zetecs mk6.5 zs project (pic heavy)

so here i go
mk6.5 fiesta zetec-s 1.6 moondust silver
parents payed for it bar 2k which i had got frm selling me other car
told i couldnt modifie it erm wronge thing to say :P
-------------------------------------------------------------
day i got it bog standard had done 9k wen brought it

next was private plate brought bye my parents

next on the list was noise lol i missed me exhaust note i had one the zr so access to tinternet i brought i piper cat back system :

so i played around with that on for i a while and saw that pumabuild did a manifold for it so i saved up the money and brought a 4-1piper manifold and sports cat

had it fitted with noticeable difference (had bad ecperince with pb crap customer service etc)
next on the list was a set off lowering springs and k&n fitler brough frm pumaspeed
so i opted for K&N 57i induction kit

kit Weitec F-sereies spring kit

before

after

then i got bored with the standard ford stereo so put that came and a kenwood DPX-303 Double Din cd mp3 wma player
before

after

then i was offered a bonnet bra 2nd hand so couldnt refuse cost £20 lol

so rolled with that for few weeks and the grey plastic looked cack grey so spraying seesion was needed
before

undercoat

1st coat off gloss black

2nd coat off gloss black

4x coats of laquere

grill

lower grill

lower grill surrond in primer and me lol

front with out grill

have none pics off the sides stripes or rear bits as funn decide to formate mem card
finished result

soa after a few months i was toyin with what to do next black wheels or cossie rims
black wheels it was cossie rim came in at to much
before

after

what it looked like after all black detailing and wheels where done

then progress stopped with the death off my nan and lack off funds until i found out me nan had left 1k to do what i like with so off i went with access to internet.
coilover where then borugh to finish the look
ap coliovers budget end off market but do the job from pumaspeed agen
60mm drop all round and rear adjuster removed

came on the tuesday fitted bye the wednesday

then i got bored agen so brought a little numba plate 12x3 for front lol

then came the rr day at hi-tech

which reulsted in a poorly fiesta came in at 114bhp wasnt happy boy but was told it was seriously under fueling which lost me 18bhp.
so i that day i booked it in there and then with courntey and mr tubizeee to be setup and yeah they did an ace job
friday came met jon and courtney there went off for food and came back to a fiesta that was fixed and was running 131bhp at the wheels with 125 or less off torque spike at 128bhp

then last sunday i went to pick my new addition thanks to seeing on here for sale
a carbon bonnet from charged st (ryan) £275 bargin

before

after

more updates very soon it slow progress due to money

TO DO LIST :

remove rear seats
soruce rear strut brace
source sapph cossie front seats

new front bumper and smooth arond number plate
get two dents in sill repaired (joys of coilovers )
black plastics re done buy professional insted off me rattle can jobies lol

Love the carbon bonnett.

I swear they are only 100bhp? Or are you getting fly figures?

I have one but I've never really looked into what they run lol

98 bhp standard I think.

Manifold, Exhaust and filter added over 30bhp? That figure must be at the fly.

That's what I thought. I've been offered a manifold and decat for a good price. I'd be interested in a sound clip of this car if possible

The figure will be at the fly, Hi-Tec's rollers are notorious for over reading so its better to take there ATW figures as ATF!

Car loos really nice now, seen it about a couple of times
