Default My xr2 resto project......a little update

JUST REMOVED ALL THE BODY KIT FROM MY XR2 AND FOUND THAT WHAT WE PREVIOSLY THOT WAS 2 PATCHES OF WELDING TOO THE REAR OFF THE OUTER SILLS (THE ONLY BITS ITS HAD 2 NOW...LOL) WAS ACTUALLY A BIT OF TIN BONDED ON THEN FILLED AND UNDERSEALED
IT JUST MAKES ME WONDER HOW LONG ITS BEEN LIKE THAT AND HOW MANY MOTS ITS BEEN THROUGH LIKE THAT AS I PULLED IT OUT WITH A SCREWDRIVER WITH NO EFFORT AT ALL....

MUST HAVE BEEN MOT'D BY STEVIE WONDER.....LOL

upload the pics from your lap top to a site called photo bucket, when they are on there all you do is select the pic, then a drop down list will come at the bottom, choose the bottom of the list, copy it then open the forum window and paste it into the writing space and leave a gap between each pic, hope this helps?

Looking great, mate - keep up the good work saving another XR2

As for colour, I see where you're coming from about the new Focus RS 'Ultimate Green', and it would look superb, there's no doubt, but personally I'd be going for one of the OEM colours, so Red, Blue, White, Silver or Black - just my own opinion, of course

At the minute im thinking it would be cool in a dark grey, but to be honest its up to you.

cheers, i can get skins from my work (dingbro) but they r pattern panels and the wings and sills and and all the other panels werent what you would call the best of fitting so im on the hunt still but i could get away with just a drivers door as im being fussy with the pass one

cheers anyway, think i might no of one anyway
