Nice conversion - My mate's got a C20LET (red-top turbo) in his corsa, goes like SOAS. You should discard the C20XE and shoe-horn in the turbo instead! By the way - it cant touch our other mates Fiesta Zetec-turbo!

no chips or out mate, have some white paint on the bottom what want wiping off with thinners but it a tiny little bit, i didn't see it till i removed the lights

there not that pricey matey a guy sells them new on ebay, there not genuine vaux ones but they are a VERY good fit, i made up with the quality of them tbh.

you should of checked out migweb for an in-tact mk2 astra GTE 16v engine loom mate. doddle to wire up and less sensors etc so tend to have zero issues! had loads of valver corsas and LETs etc great fun. while youve got the bumper off get plenty wax oil hammered inside the chassis legs and the cross member.

am having problems with the fuel pump wiring matey, the fans been wired to a switch and they've too the live off the fuel pump relay, such a dodgy ay around things, do you have any idea what wire is which going to the relays?
mine had 2 relays under the bonnet which have been used in the conversion but tbh i only see a need for one relay.
any help much appreciated

fuel pump wire is a heavy blue with red tracer and you'll find it down in the drivers kick panel. and yes your right there is only need for 1 relay its for the fuel pump.
