right please could my other thread be deleted:
i decided to sell the fiesta and keep this car as i only had space for one.
she's a 1990 Hreg mk4 as u can see only rust is on the passenger side arch.
i need to get a new alternator and some more plugs.ive just got my front wheels refurbed just need to fit them on the car now.then the back one's need doing.the car runs really well when it was running.i brought it for 360 off ebay didnt no anything about it.didnt even have a log book but i fell in love and had to bid.i recived the log book today so thats a start.things to be done are respray the bonnet and bumper and take car of the arch.then she's in for mot.i really dont no if she will pass or fail if it fails it couldent be much.i will update this thread threw my progress with the car.ive got to see about some spax fully adjustable suspension off my brother who used to have a mk4.all comments welcome good or bad manythanks.

well long time no hear after putting the new alternator on it ran like a dream but i was thinking more power so from sunday it will be a 1.8 130bhp engine witch is a bit of a bonus keep ur eyes peeled.

Yeah do it for ease of mind...., i just put a new belt on it, modded the cvh engine bracket to fit, got a 105bhp flywheel and rst clutch and threw it in!!
