First i got a Greg shell


Then bought a rotten S2 with 90% of the bits on


And It was well rotten so we chopped it up



Look what we seen

And then work began,


Alot of rubbing and polishing later

Then Engine in time,


Got a FMIC to,

Also have a custom downpipe and a cossie turbo,


coming on slowley,


Just waiting to do some welding this week end now.

Yeh my welder needs a new liner and i ran out of gas, I need to fit the turbo sort the loom out and fit the fuel tank tomorrow, If the weather hold off.

Mock fitted the cossie turbo to make sure everything fits ok, Just need to turn it round coz the oil return is on the top.

car looking like its going to be mint when finished! i've got a s2 project but mines a daily driver which i have just found out this weekend not a good idea. i'm in the process of fitting a 2.0 zvh but forgot to order a new clutch so got to wait til wed to drive it lol. any way nice motor

Small update, I have decided to go EFI Fiesta turbo OFAB with 701s will get some pics up the weekend, Not looking forward to all the wiring tho.
Got all the bits to go on but no adapter plate. PM me if you have one.

Haven`t done much this week needed a rest, But here are the efi bits and decided to give the inlet a lick of paint, looks quite good imo

Finally its ready to start the welding so its now at my mates garage for some much needed repairs once all welding is done i can crack on with rest, Only 2 arches and 2 sills, Inner sills and floor pan to do

Yeh thats R&B my car is in the body shop next to it PJ Auto body's i use the garage as it my mates business and he is doing loads of work for me all the welding and a full respray.
All the EFI parts inc loom, 2x inlets and 701 and a ofab ecu + more was Ł150 of "Cossie Sean" on here. But i have now sold my engine as i plan to to full zetec turbo.

I have a change or plan, Rather than buy the panels and all the other bits for my G reg shell i am picking a E reg shell up this weekend it comes with a shed load of bits and its had all the welding done so it should just be a case of paint and put it all back together.
Will put some pics up this weekend.

I finally have a update after a long day with 2 punchers on the trailer and the light stopped working on the trailer we got it home, I know i have cheated a bit rather than buying all the panels for my G reg one i have bought this E reg one. What you think i am pleasantly surprised just how good it is its had all the welding done i am well happy
