RS2000 skirts, rear bumper + splats, cosowrth splitter and hocky sticks
40mm drop
escos rims
and a recaro interior.
going to do some engine work but not decided weather to stage 3 what i have or do a cvh turbo, but i dont want to do too much as i have my mk5 escort to complete

Never been a real fan of the MK6 escort at all to be honest, but i think you made a right choice by ditching those rear lights lol
if you want some power out of it, why not do an I4 conversion?
I think an EsCos style front splinter looks great on a mk6 bumper
Could of sold you a MK5 Escort cabbie the other week with an I4 engine init cheap lol

Not been on here in a while so i thought id just update my progress
New bits
Fitted a mohair roof as some scrote slashed mine
Escort Cosworth Alloys on streched tyres
Seirra Cosworth Leather Recaro fronts and matching rear leathers
next im fitting a rs2000 kit if i can find some skirts what fit the cabriolets better than the genuine ford ones

i got rid in favour of a focus rs lump as the conversion will be easier and more popwer will be easier to get hold of

sorry mate the exhaust is a powerflow cat back, came with the car. it sounds well not too lound and makes a nice burble when you drop a gear etc
over christmas it should have new cams, bike throttle boddies and a 4branch manifold to make it a bit more nippy and then shes done
rostill, when i read about the car in auto trader it was advertised as a mk5 but it was only when i got to veiw it i knew it wasnt, but due to the condition and price i bought it regardless

Which cams are you going to use?
And do you use vernier pulleys on them?
What will be the power when it's all done?
Are TB not to loud to use on a Cabby, mate..

cheers for the comments guys
might be yeh i can always try to change the exhuast etc to quite it down will have to see.
Its pritty slow its only a 1.8 105bhp so due to the weight its like a slug..
dont wanna spend to much on it as its only a run about but it needs more poke.

they have to wind them back haha! small price to pay for the comfort, the tilt knobs are facing the gearstick as i switched the seats around which means i can tilt the seat quickly. its not the best nut 10x better than the std interior its a small price to pay imo i love them!
