Thank you all.
Ian, the escos is next, wanted to get this done first and on the road so now I can turn my attention to that as and when I get time.
Dave, the airbox lid is an RS500 one, but its actually not genuine, its a genuine lid, scanned and 3D printed, with an adaptor made to accept the inlet hose. very happy with the way its turned out.
I want to edit the thread title but I have no idea how to do so.

10K+ Poster!!
The Cossie engine is a busy and often messy looking engine bay, yours shows how clean and neat they can be, it is something I want to focus on.

Looking good buddy, engine bay looks really smart.
Who’s mapping it btw? And your still using Link?
Cheers Paul

Wow, that made good power and torque coming in nice and early! How does it drive on the road? I imagine it lights the rears up quite easily?

Thanks chaps. Car drives really well. The hydraulic centre push was a good call. Isles fine, good cold start, just can’t fault it.
Its bloody stupidly quick. Wants to spin the wheels constantly.
I might have to ask Mark to put a ‘pussy’ map on it for me

Mark did me a 400bhp pussy setting with much less boost, I actually really like driving the car in that setting but it still feels epic when you hit high boost.

What power is it in ‘the low boost map’? Roughly?

I know my gt30 setup was 400hp at 1.2 bar (not as good a spread as this 7064 setup would be of course)

Surely boost is just boost no matter what the turbo is? I may be over simplifying it and missing something but I assume that if the inlet tract at 3000 revs is seeing 1 bar of boost then every Turbo would equal the same power at 3000 revs and 1 bar boost? The other factors must be the revs it makes the power at.
1.2 bar at 7000 rpm would make more peak power than 1.6 at 5000 rpm, I assume.
my (I know You don’t like me mentioning my car but it is relevant) 400 bhp map comes in early and feels more naturally aspirated as you don’t get the swell of power as the revs increase, I think it plateaus early and the it feels more naturally aspirated as you are just adding revs.
