The Fourbys nearly running!!
Just thought i'd stick a few pics up of my 4x4 Saph.
Its finally nearly running again after killing it last may whilst having a play with my mates Focus RS on the way to Fiesta In The Park!
At that point it was running at stage 3 on the standard T3 turbo.
The basic spec as it is now is as follows:
Universal Turbos spec T38 turbo,
Grey injectors,
Ported and polished head with three angle valve seats,
RS500 size intercooler,
Group A fuel pump with uprated fuel pump wiring loom,
Wasted spark ignition conversion,
A1 Rallysport chip,
Carlooms UK engine wiring loom,
And probably a few other bits i've forgotten!!
I've also fitted a Mongoose exhaust to replace the previous exhaust as I prefer the look of the 4" outwardly rolled tailpipe as opposed to the slash cut that the old one had!
Not sure how long the bottom end is gonna last as i only put it back together to try and enjoy the car for whatever summer we have left and to try and get it to a couple of the shows!!
Hopefully it will be out for Castle Combe in july!!
The plan is to save up as much dosh over the winter and get a pukka rebuild done on the bottom end, a bit more headwork, cams, get the bodywork sorted after some mindless arsehole kicked the shit out the nearside rear door
and most importantly to try and get a gearbox that wont shit itself at the first sign of boost!!!

RScossiegaz: Likewise mate! Three door looks pukka! Like i said the other night, when the sheds up and running, we'll have to meet up and have a trip down to southend or something!!
If mine works that is!! Lol!
