My 1995 Mustang 3.8l V6
Ok its not a V8 but its my daily driver and costin loads to run wiv current fuel costs being so stupid lol BUT here she is, jap import so got a 112mph limiter and kph clocks but o wel
sad thing is i now wont b building a 2.0litre turbo mk5 zetec s fiesta BUT the engine for that is now going to be NA fitted in a mk1 or mk2 fiesta for track use so not all bad and im left with the run around saph cossie lookalike i bought 2 months before this car to use whilst i built the fiesta but o well lol
wel here she is, come wiv some rather wide 17s (255-40-17s on back), lowering springs, 99style rear lights and some faded paint and knackered window tints!
pics of how i got it
pic from manningtree show with rear spoiler painted and rear lights colour coded with tints re done
pics from modified nationals this weekend just gone with my new black headlight covers, love these so much, really transform the look of the car!
so from here its either tune it up and have fun drag racing it or once the fiesta track car is ready start on a big install and leather retrim and weight it down for luxury driving lol
first thing tho is new wheels as the guy i bought it from didnt tell me he had bent a rim on the rear and the rear axle needs looking at as i think the bushes may be worn from the impact! but then as all my cars have them this will be fitted wiv full poly bushes and im looking into a LSD diff and pinion gear change to get the acceleration up a bit. also need a proper air filter induction kit, under drive pulley and if i can find 1 a electric water pump system just to free the engine up a bit
hope ya like

9s? 9s is slow for one of them, even road legal.
Low 8s even 100% road legal is do able once you nob that shit engine off...
looky here, even looks similar to your one...

imo your totally wasting your time tuning current engine, esp when the v8s are amazingly cheap to buy and tune

yea it was the north weald test and tune day dave
i no wot ur sayin stav, after seeing the granada (zzz) thread i am considering a 32v lump for mine altho im even considering sellin up for a slightly later shape version with the engine already in it! its early days yet, i might not even tune this 1 at all and just drive it and tidy it up. i have just taken delivery of a mk3 fiesta si to fit my silver top 2.0litre in which will b so easy to make faster than my stang and track worthy
