no mate, its differant to the WRC item, not quite as wide but nearly 4" thick
im a man of girth myself

hi, i have a full set of weld in car plates at the moment for sale, i can have the strut tops made to order.

hi mark received plates today cheers m8 just afew questions pls why are the front &rear strut tops made of so many seperate parts , eg inner bolt ring outer bolt ring ,
why did they cut rear strut tops off &reweld &when are you going to do more updates ,top work fella

the tops had to be cut off to increase them in height to get the suspension travel that these cars lacked so much

bottom end is in the machine shop, no head as yet, im waiting to see what the batch of new ones are coming in at from cosworth, as second hand ones are silly money at the moment.

chap on the RSOC site asked at the Autosport show - Cosworth said 2k bare
for a new 4x4 head casting, 2wd ones are to be made soon as well

not a bad price on the whole really for what you get, a pukka head with no issues, and plenty of life in it, if you have to have a head ported, then say new gasket and skim every few years then a new head over say 8 years of ownership is nothing really compared to spending a fortune on an unknown
the only update i have now, is that my ecu has arrived, and all singing and dancing unit, with some superb features, the manual is 130 pages thick !!
gonna take some learining is this one to map.

how are the gearbox tunnel mods coming on they all done?
when i had my sierra done i couldnt believe how much had to be taken out lol
and how well do the grp front wings fit
but looking good mate, will be spot on when finished

yeh the tunnels been done for a few months now, just havent taken any pics, and the wings, there ok, for a rally car, wouldnt be great if your into polishing and mm perfect door/wing gaps tbh.

can you get 8 1/2 " diff in there with the column like that ?
as i know fords couldnt ? although iirc they were using a straight column ?!

yes mate, but there is a cross bolt and strengthener that goes through the chassis above the compression strut brackets

Yes that was what I was told by Cosworth and they are making 20 to 25 of each 2wd/4wd, and they were looking at blocks next.
