Default mercury grey Mk4 ERST rep breaking bits pm me

hello all lol well been on here here abit but neva put any progress of my mk4 fiesta project on here but as i told the people i no on here i was goin to make one for my new project.

Well to start its a 1990 mercury grey mk4 escort bonus with a 1.3 engine in it has 43k on the clock but not reli sure how genuine that is as dont hav that much history for it.i got the car of a freind of a freind quiet cheap with the intention of breaking it for parts and scrapping the shell but whe i went to hav a look it didnt looked abit gd to scrap

The car had had a crash with a lorry or something on the front wing but came with a new wing to fit and damage isnt bad.
It also came with 5 series 1 alloys and tyres okish cond 88spec interior an turbo bonnet with vents.

Anuff of the typeing ill put some pics up and add my future plans that i hav for it Comments welcome plz

Future plans are

Engine:
atm its either a 1.6cvh,a rs1800 fiesta engine or build my cvh turbo thats in bits.

Interior:
iv got some 90 spec fronts out my fiesta to go in,either 90 spec door cards or retrim the 88s already in
stripped out back with black strut brace and black full rear cage
lots of gauges goin for the stripped track look

Exterior:
got a turbo bonnet
front and back 90 spec bumpers
90 spec spoiler
series 1 arches and skirts blended in the bumpers and body (maby)?
escort cosworth alloys in black or comps in black for track?

well thats about it for now alot will probly change ova the build but thats my ideas for now

car is now fully stripped ready to start work so will post pics of the strip, body and rusty bits but theres not many lol

lol neva seen it that clean and all in 1 colour only seen it in a bit of a state tbo reli lol.

small update got my back bumper out tonight to decide weather to keep the smoothed look or have a black rub strip in, decided to keep it std grey with black strip.

had an hour spare so took the filler out and got half the bumper foam out to loose unwanted weight will be fiberglass in place to add strenght but still light as possible.
