Default rebuilding my fiesta cosworth (need engine advice)

got a 4x4 mk2 fiesta i blew the engine i need advice on what spec to go for want loads of torque and be half reliable i am new on here please help
stage 3 t34 5oo cooler l8 ecu looking for aprox 350-380 but loads of torque going to keep it 4x4 at the mo want to get some better 0-60 times best so far is 4.4 and 1/4 in 11.8 need to go quicker

Gotta go longstudded for reliability. Especially as its not that expensive in the grand scheme of things

Half decent crank helps as well so im told, as standard as possible or a uprated one if the budget stretches to it.

Uprated pistons go without saying really but at 380bhp maybe not needed, im sure other people know better than me but thats myopinion
