Them smiley face trannys go forever. There miles better than the newer trannys.

Looks like a go show. Do you know the ginger welsh boyo Alan then (cossied mk1 focus owner).

Well for 2015 I've got some plans.....

Mainly based around finishing my Escos, and as I want Recaros in that it was time to swap seats for set of Corbeaus I had lying around :cry:

Got drivers seat changed first to see if they clear the cage, and all us good :top:

Attachment 41954

Hopefully get passenger one swapped next week.

And I guess rest of year will see it evolve or break down :DD:

An early start was needed as I didn't camp due to uncertainty over the weather. I don't mind being tired, but cold and wet is a no,no ;-)

A wet start to the day meant the track was like glass, any sign of boost and it was spin spin spin. So steady start, especially for Lo@der with his new 500+bhp SCS engine :gay:

Even being on the slider it feels better, got another 30mm down and about 40-50mm back to go. Probably going to have to modify seat bars but that's no hassle.

TimC 15-01-2015 08:22 AM

Not looked at this car in a while, hope everything is going well Richie

Nash 15-01-2015 04:12 PM

I knew it would feel loads better.

Glenn_ 15-01-2015 06:36 PM

Will the drivers window go up. It looks like the seat is sticking out the door.

pitlips 07-06-2015 07:23 AM

Awesome car, awesome build and an awesome read! How did you get the AIM dash to work with the l8 ecu? Did you use lots of separate sensors? I've been wanting a digital dash for ages but was under the impression that they don't work with the cosworth ecu, I have an l6 at the mo.

visa_broke 07-06-2015 08:06 AM

more info on the escos needed lol, is it just a refresh or something as good as this

Been after a Streetka for the wife for a while now, even bought a hardtop three years ago ready for when I got one.
Bought one last month and typically came with a hardtop as well, oh well

Fitted some Compomotive THs and a Seat Cupra R splitter and had it cleaned

Must resist the urge to Cossie it :DD:

Its hard to say what to do to the CosKa because its such an all round decent motor. Powerful enough, well tricked out, nice bodywork etc.
