My s2 resto(New wheels fitted)
Here are a few pics of how of my turbo used to look when i sparyed it black about 3years ago
Then i got abit pissed off with the stickers and the white wheels so i took the stickers off and painted the wheels silver
And then is this is what happened on way to a show 15 months ago
And here are some pics from the start of the re-build

When i brought this it was just a rolling shell as my frist rs turbo was rotton ,So i got this shell as it was the best i one i could find at the time but it was mercaury grey and i do not like that colour at all so as i paint cars all day as it my job i thought i would give it a nice black paint job but i have now got abit pissed of with black.
So the plans are as follows........
full body resto and the underside will be getting done as well
colour change
smooth engine bay (TWINS style )
new wheels and they are 18's
adjustable tcas
engine rebuild
cosworth management
hi spec 330mm front brakes
cosworth rear brakes
new front wings and front panel
gaz coilovers
full poly bush kit
some new seats but unsure on which ones yet
full samco hose kit
and much more i hope
Here are some more pics, i have been working on the car for about 8-9 mouths now so i have lots of pics
started to remove some panels
Lots more pics to come

After welding the chassis in i did not want to leave the underside of the car in bare metal for long so the next day i wiped the underside of with some thinners just to make sure there was no oil or grease left on it, Then i give it two coats of etch primer on it and then i left it for a few hours to go hard then i when and sealed up all of the joins were i had removed the sealer from
Then i left that for a day or two till my stone chip come as the pepole how we use at my work place did not have as much as what i need in stock so they had to order it for me from 3m,
this is the stone chip stuff that i am on about
the only thing is that it is about £15+vat per bag and i used 16 bags on the car thank god i got my works discount of it
And this is what it looks like
lots more pics to come let me now what us think

Right then i forgot to put these pics up they are from after i had etch primed but before i had stone chiped
the new wheels
new front panel and wings on and lined up to make sur of a good fit and the i weld them on when i was happy with the fit
i then removed all the springs from the car to see where the wheels would catch the arches so that i could remove the metal that was in the way
more pics to come soon hope you like

Thanks for the comments pepole
no its not going to be that blue as it is a lot of money and its a pain in the arse to spray it cost me about £35 to paint that one wing as you have to paint it silver then you put that blue on and if the blue goes on a bit to wet in one place then you have to start it again
any way a few more pics for you lot
next step was to get some high build primer on the front end and on the boot tailgate for got to say i have removed the boot lock and rear wiper
and after 4 good coat it looked like this
and i put some on the underside of the front panel
still more to come
