hoping to have the car done in a round 6 weeks or so, noot that much to do to get it finished,
the quaife box is CTS stage 2 box

today
carpet in, front bumper, lights, indicaotrs, rear door cards, A,B,C pillar trims, wiper motor back on, rear spolier, bit more headlining work done,
some wiring removed, old alarm ripped out,
would of got seats in but i am short of a T45 torque bit so that will have to wait till midweek

few update pics, the interir startinig to go back in, front end on minus splitter, needs some wiring before dash can go in, will crack on tonight, i think
mirrors on, spolier, hom made sound deadening, under bonnet paint shot

Just an update on this car...
Whilst Mr AJC is away in a hotel prior to National day, I have been busy in the garage...
Just in the process of converting the inlet to EFI. The original holes need opening up to 14mm and some of the material removing around the injector area to clear the EFI injectors. Once that is done, a Fiesta EFI fuel rail needs to be fitted with a pair of lugs welded to the inlet manifold to hold it in place.
Also reaming the small ends out on the conrods to fit the pistons in a fully floating manner instead of the standard semi floating manner.

looks good, will be loads better with a decent size plenum wont it rather than the efi one. you going to use a different idle valve? i think you should! not that you really need it once warm but . . good work! you not going to national day daz?

I'm not bothering with National day this year to ba honest Mark. First one i've missed in 7 years but I can't be arsed. Last year was shit and I've never heard a good word about Rockingham other than it's got 80 acres of concrete to park your car on.
