well, the car is now on the road, fully stickered up
massive thank you to robbo for applying the sticker set, did not realise how much effort and tie they required, glad i ddi not challenge them myself
and a bigger thank you to 3i gaz for sorting it out for me and bringing them to my house, gaz, will let you take it for a spin once mapped

Very well done chap, nice to see them get rebuilt and not broken these days

thank you very much everyone, the car is not yet finished but at least she looks right and is driveable

box is fine mate, but it has ony done 120 mile 
i cannot stress how much i owe daz, he has been here with me till 1am most nights getting the car to how he is today with me, with out him it would not of been done
we will be celebrating some time soon with big drink is preston
still needs running in and stereo, fag lighter wiring up, i would do it myself but i know daz would shout at me for untidy wires
will get some good pics up at weekend
p.s car aint been polished yet and look at the shine!!!

car looked well nice last nite mate.thanx for coming down 2 stockport .atleast you put sum more miles on her.but you will have 2 cum and see my turbo soon.mine will be done like yours 1 day but goin 2 drive it like i stole and do a few track days first.but your 1600 turbo is really well done

Yesterday the centre exhaust clsmp was removed. Or rather the cats eyes on the motorway removed it!!!!
We put it on the 4 post ramp and got the exhaust into a good position and welded the centre joint in place.
The car also had an oil change and appears to be running a fair bit cleaner than it has been.
A few other bits and peices got done and the car is one step further on.
Unfortunately it now needs an oil return pipe for the turbo as it has split and leaked a bit of oil!!! The engine is getting wet!!
