Cossie 4x4 engine rebuild (05-04 bored block update)
Started to rebuild my engine 2 weeks back, here are some pictures of it so far.
Head off,1st piston was a bit worn
Head is ok except for the guides, thickness is 138,82
Valves before and after polishing
My mates girlfriend GTT with the Cossie head
Engine out
All lined up on the table
Bare block
Also removed the aircon, did'nt work so another 15 kilo's less weight
Now waiting for a set of Wössner forged pistons and engine bearings etc etc....
Updates to follow

hey Marco,
Was the engine so bad that it needed a rebuild?
What are your futher plans to it? Or just normal rebuild?
Btw. Do you know if MB Car performance has got a rolling road?
