3dr sierra cosworth project
well after my sapp 4x4 cossie was written off by insurance with the poxy payout ive recieved so far i purchased a 3dr cosworth 
.I bought car minus engine, gearbox and wheels with the intension of putting in my old engine from the sapphire and of course putting in 2wd box.
well its been a while but i have next 10 days off so perfect time to get to work on it.
stored the car round a mates as i had no room at mine so today picked it up and brought it home,well the folks garage instead
heres afew pics,will update as i go
thanks to BIG TONY RS with the help today

quick update:
did a quick refurb of old cam cover last minute didnt fancy black so went back to near std look with red colour scheme but with black lettering.
all finshed
803 dark greens ready to go in
bought another inlet manifold but this was polished with spacer plenium plate
2wd sump on just needs final torque
engine being built up inlet/greens/fuel rail all back on
thats it for today hoping to get engine and box in tomorrow

update:
yesterday we got the gearbox in and today we tackled the engine install.Was abit more tricky then we 1st thought it would be but then again what do you expect from a bunch of 'cossie engine install' virgins
but after belling dan (DAN@RAPIDFORD) a couple of times for some needed advice we managed to slot her home 
engine ready to go in minus turbo
men at work
ready to be dropped in
finally afew hours later shes home
now the major work has been done will tomorrow get some pulley belts etc then will get the rad and intercooler in place
many thanks to dave and dan aka dan@rapidford for all the help involved so far

did some more today rigged up the bailey breather system replaced the belts with new items and put in the radtec rs500 cooler,getting there slowly

Nice to see my old girl getting put back together bet you have not found 1 bit of rust on that car gaz as i tried keep us posted mate

this looks like she's gonna be a honey of a car,shame about the saph but everything happens for a reason and your reason only has 3 doors 
will keep an eye on it
its so annoying seeing all you lot in this room ripping cars apart and putting them back together agin so easily.im shit at mechanics as i work in a shop and im worrying that i will screw something up on the saph not knowing what im doing,but i really want to do a bit myself.

.I deffo wouldnt be able do do this without the help ive had just hope its all worth it in the end
