well yeah so did I think that two but leaving it painted in the garage don't help and having kids and moving and getting married all takes it toll on the mk 2 fund lol.

and then I decided to change it from what I had 6 years later and i'm closest i've been in 5 years

thanks too

Just an quick update on the car and engine.

I have been busy cutting out all the bits I don't need this will help with weight too I've got a few more weekends of tidying up then last bits to weld like seat bars etc when this is done she is ready to be painted AGAIN whoops

I've also had the engine run in and mapped well it will be done Monday I know it's at 430 BHP with no ignition at the moment this will top out and be restricted due the injectors at around 450-460 BHP which should be just fine.

Glenn it did look nice on them but im afraid they are gone with the rfx alloys too i needed wider wheels for the rear so need to look for some others.

also seen too many other Mk 2 with these on now and my reason for this resto is to change everything about the car.
