time for an update i think been a long time (too long)
well once again ive changed it again for the better thou.
roll cage and exhaust tunnel going in nearly done.
some engine bay work to improve the way it handles and looks
large diff tunnel and extended turrets
this is all for the 1979 9" ford mustang shorten rear axle ive got going on it this should allow me to have 8.5-9j wheels on the rear.
let me know what you all think.

so guys i'm nearly ready to pick the the old gal up after all the fab work again.
the axle is nearly done and making an watts linkage to go on this from new is not and easy task.
i have a small amount of metal work to do when back tthen back to the paint shop secound time round.
i also found out the my 7j and 8j rfx alloys are no good and need to sell them only good thing is that i get a new wider set now more rubber lol.
next updat to come when the axle is done.
sorry for the long gaps this has been a battle over the years to get this done and this year looks good to finish.
regards
punter

costina - thanks i wanted to change it from what it used to be as everyone has seen this car, i did like it on them wheels but they just are not wide enough for what i need now.

daz,
I have a cosworth lump for the old gal Pictures on page 3 with a tvr tuscan speed six gearbox and ford mustang 8" shorten axle with 6 link.
spec regarding the engine is the same as MK M6 fiesta ( am I right saying that MK) just not got the same turbo or cams so I will be around 400-450 bhp at around 800KG or lower.
I will get the spec if you would like let me know?
