https://i123.photobucket.com/albums/...project009.jpg

escrst 20-10-2006 09:11 PM

we should be spraying the car in its base colour white tomo as you can probably tell where we had to grind the sealer and paint away to seam weld it is starting to get surface rust so we gona give her a quick coat of white

escrst 20-10-2006 09:25 PM

https://i123.photobucket.com/albums/...project021.jpg

The all important engine 2.0 zetec turbo cosworth wrc forged focus pistons, eagle rods, steel crank, st170 head modified to go on zetec block, dry sump area 6 exhaust manifold... er i think thats it so far still loads to buy yet
got a new front panel to go in when we finished choping this one about for the trial fitting of the rs 500 intercooler.

escrst 22-10-2006 09:21 AM

the out side got painted yesterday what do you guys think
https://i123.photobucket.com/albums/...project032.jpg
https://i123.photobucket.com/albums/...project031.jpg

and with the bumper and door handles on
https://i123.photobucket.com/albums/...project025.jpg
https://i123.photobucket.com/albums/...project026.jpg

escrst 22-10-2006 09:25 AM

those series 1 arches look so a lot wider than the series 2 but we used a replica kit instead of chopin up an original and the fitment was shit
Just a couple more cross braces for the cage to be added and the new front panel will be ready to go in an them we can pait the inside white and the cage orange. what you peeps rekon

escrst 22-10-2006 09:44 AM

so then whats your guys opinion about doing one of them radiator in the boot mods someone must have an opinion there a lot of hassle but i rekon it would look the dogs bollox............ feedback invited
