escort rs turbo rebuild and cossie management

ive never posted pics up b4, so thought it was about time to show people what im doin. i had a grey s2 but bought a shell which had all new wings, arches, front panel etc etc on it. converting everything over now, cleaning it all up and replacing where required along the way. at same time the engine is bein converted to efi cossie management.
loom is in, but need to get a few more bits b4 it can all be wired up etc. got new diamond cuts waitin to go on, and new ford headlights and all new window rubbers etc etc. anti roll bar and rear suspension legs are powdercoated, petrol tank painted red, polly bushed all round. its currently on koni adjustables with avo springs. need to find some window rubbers/seals for my opening rears tho, if anyone can help there. intercooler on my grey s2 was a standard cossie 2wd one, but im gona get a pro alloy one for this car.

all comments and suggestions welcome

right, last few nights i played around re glueing up the headlining round the bodywork edges. theres a few ripples but the main area in the center of the car is fine. trust me wen i say its a bit of a mission to do.

Hi, nice ride that you got there, I am from Venezuela and I have a Ford ESCORT 88 and I need the front bumper, can you help me.

johnny boy rs 19-09-2006 09:49 AM

I think you can use a steamer to shrink the roof lining so it pulls tight once the glue has dried but dont quote me
