After 2 years I finally got it!
 

Been after this plate for over 2 years, an old boy had it on a van local to me but I could never pin him down.

Finally last week I pulled into the Esso near my house & he pulled in behind me!!!!

It turns out it was on the van when he bought it from Scotland :shocked:

2 years to get hold of him and within 2 minutes the deal was done.

What do you think? Won't get much closer to my name!

It was funny as I asked him he's name & expected him to say "John Porter" or something & he said " Dave Mee " ...... Meant sod all to him.

I see that J P07TER sold for £4800 :shocked: on a website recently so could be a good investment.

I used to go to school with a Dave/David Mee. Did he have a South African accent?
