Had a good look round this and was well impressed, some trick suspension parts on it and the finish on the underside .....
Loved the blended in engine mount brackets and strut tops.
Just the work i admire, well done to all those involved

Probably not the cause of your problem, but those fittings you have used on the master cylinder are not suitable for braking systems. They can't handle the pressure created when you stamp on the pedal. You dont want a hose to burst when you need your brakes the most.

These are fittings suitable for brakeing system's,
http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motors...-pipe-fittings

These are fittings suitable for fuel oil and air sytems,
http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motors...ose-fittings-2

As for the f1 comment, do you honestly think f1 cars use massively oversized brake line like yours, and cheap run of the mill fittings you can buy from demon tweaks? No, they use correctly sized pipework with the correct crimped on ends.

Can you confirm what fittings and pipework you have actually used on your car?
And can you find a reputable source that states these fittings are suitable for use on brakes?
