im with zetec-sam, was a right laugh once out street riding (bmx) and a cycling policeman took chase! was classic! fair play to the guy filming that, obviously knew his rights! wouldnt wanna go for a drink with him though, sounds like a bit of a douche bag! bet that video gets shown at the police stations xmas party! looked dangerous at the end, the copper going for the camera like that, thought the cyclist was gonna get pushed into traffic!

Wtf, the guy making the video is an idiot. What its ok for him to break the law because he knows a few lines of bull shit... You can hear his voice quivering all the way through the video as he tries to come up with all his "clever legal bullshit". Absolute pussy, thinks hes a know all because he has a camera.
Why didnt he just ride off if he had the balls in the first place...(jesus look at his bike, if he couldnt outrun the plod on on it then hes a lost cause)
The police guy probrobly doesn't know the exact law for a pretencious gimp riding through a red light as its not a proper road vehicle etc. The guy broke the law end of, if he had just given his details and paid the fine whats the problem?
Absolute prick, the law doesn't apply to him?
Why didnt he show the part of the video of him going through the light to show whether the light was just changing, if he was filtering through and no cars were about???
Oh I know, because he was riding like a prick, and he only wants to show his side of the story...

after watching this back i agree with the above, I have a mate whos a cop and he's not a kunt, feel kinda sorry for the cop! i bet no cop knows the exact wording etc and they should be given the power to be tougher on guys like that cyclist when there being like that

I'll admit to riding through plenty red lights on my bike but I make sure theres no police around first! If he didnt spot the policeman on his bike he isn't really paying enough attention. He's the kind of guy that would ride in front of a car after going through the red light then try and sue the driver for not paying attention...
