Morning Mark,
got a lot of the flocking done this weekend, all the black panels are now flocked, all that is left is the dash which is to be done in rixgrey.
Here is the gearstick surround/console, notice how the grp flanges are now in place for the carbon panel to be mounted to. This will be nice and strong.
The rest of the dashboard will be done later today, pics will be uploaded this afternoon/evening

Hello Mark, all your work is done matey, ive moved into the new unit now so things are really hectic at the mo with trying to get the flocking rooms and carbon room built up. Any hoo the invoice will be on its way shortly lol

Here you go mark,
they day after these were taken the whole unit was flooded with 3" of water making the whole place unworkable hence being totally bombed out with moving to the new unit as quick as poss.
Hope your happy with them mate

just waiting for the builders to finishing bricking the bog then I will move the dash from the old unit to the new ready for reassembly, once assembled I shall take another pic just before it gets wrapped and shipped off to sunny Ireland

just got of the phone to the site developer, we have just moved a brand new unit which is going to be fully kitted out like no other competiting company so we are just hanging on a bit till we are fully operational so we can fully promote our work and the premises the work is under taken.

Raj, Your work looks fantastic and i can see why so many people are interested in having parts flocked. From a curiosity point of view, what are the flocking fibres made of and how is it applied and what bonds/sticks it to the components?

Hello Mark,
unfortunatly not, was trying my best to get the unit presentable for some good photo shots as I wanted to use your dash for our website but we just could not get it done in time. So we have packaged up all your parts ready for despatch. I shall get the courier sorted asap and they will be with you on Tuesday. We did however take some not so glamorous pics of the dash built back up and the gearstick surround with the carbon panel. We put a flange arounf the edge of the cutout so you can gain access to the panel with ease, so here they are. Appologies again mate.
