Apparently it was pretty rare being 2door, black and 16v.

It was a good car until it started to not go in gear, 1st 2nd 3rd and reverse were a nightmare, ended up just selling it and getting something different

I like tham too but i think the 2ltr 8 valves are a bit slow.

Worst car I ever bought a '95 8v GTi, was a tidy original low miler, was thirsty as fuck even with the wife driving it and dull to drive. loads of stuff went wrong with it, well glad to get shot, got an X Trail now which I would recommend, wouldn't buy VW again
