Max Power Project 2000

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Used too see the project 2000 round Harlow and the max power saxo diavlo bodykitted thing loved the escort shame it didn't have a Cossie lump and rwd though! Anyone remember xtremes escort Cossie think it was Adrian ripps? It had green flip paint flush tail gate and wrc kit around about the same time shocking now but I loved it back then!

Professional Waffler
That was way back when Max Power was a good read before it became a chavy cunt mag with fibreglass kitted motoring abortions all over it.
Dodgy colour but a cool car

Right, as promised...
First up, these are the pictures the competition sent me a few months ago after randomly getting in touch with me after he'd stumbled across a forum discussion whilst looking the car up on Google!
And here's a load of pictures I took of it last year. It now lives in the North West. When the current owner got hold of it it was in a bit of a state. He's fitted standard bumpers (though he still has the custom ones apparently) and it's now lost all the stereo, being pretty stripped out inside. It's had all new suspension, the brakes have needed loads of work, but you can see the Mountune engine is still present and it's slowly being brought back to life. He was thinking of selling it, but I'm not sure if he's changed his mind now and might be keeping it. It's got a bit of rust in it now sadly though, the wings and bonnet all have rust in them, so it needs paint doing really. I did go out in it though, sounds blinkin' awesome and goes ok
As you can tell, I kind of like this car One of the cars that got me into modified stuff in the first place, I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I was in a position to, so many nice bits on it. Was never keen on the rear wing or rear bumper, but the F2 arches and bonnet and stuff are just awesome, and the stupid colour just makes it even better I think

Many moons ago.. apparently Project Thunder went backwards into a shop very quickly after it was won - they owner lost control etc etc
RS Kicker is or was somewhere in Brum - one of Marco's mates has it - doesn't see the light of day apparently.

The styling is definately controversial, but you have to remember it was built at a time when silly styling was popular.
I still think the colour was a stroke genius. You all remember it don't you? So they did something right.
Personally I don't think I'd turn down a shell with genuine F2 arches on, dread to think how much they cost new
