Right ive got a photo that needs upscaling to 300dpi to which i have not got a clue how to do can anyone do for me or tel me how

just tried a dpi to pixel calculator tool and it said to resize to 1800, so i did...
not come out too sharp...

Do you want it the same physical size? 300dpi refers to dots per inch and is print quality so I assume you want to make graphics from it, or put it in an advert of some sort? Might be easier to ask someone if they can draw round it in illustrator, you can blow it up huge and not lose any resolution that way

would someone be willing to do this for me if i send to their email,as i dont know how to do it or know if i got the software but its for my business rubber stamp so is quite important,I sent the picture to the stamp people and they said the resoloution is poor and needs to be 300dpi.
