haha you ought to see it up close! I think it needs a new clutch though, and we didnt realise til we got it home that someone has welded a plate to the sill, which is quite untidy so i think since it wont be in use for a while i might stick a new sill on it

credit to my dad who spent 2 days getting it to shine like it does in the pics!

we think the previous owner lived on a farm or something as the welding already there isnt rust, but a small hole caused by a bang to the underneath perhaps? Also, the arches had a bucket full of clay and mud in them and there is shitloads of hay/grass stuck in crevisies underneath. It doesnt need a new cill, but the weld looks messy and I want to sort it

nah dont think so, can't really afford it. Only plan is to stick a bit of stereo in, ie head unit, 6x9's on a stealth shelf powered by an amp, then perhaps a sub at a later date. Although when I go to ford fair, if i see something worth having (like a cheap set of wheels) i'll get them

right now some bits added to it:

I also have a zetec s grille I picked up for 20 quid but need to get a new ford badge for it, and a stack of stereo to go in. Only just got round to booking my theory for the 23rd due to holidays and work commitments but hopefully it wont be too long after that and I'll be driving

bar the mesh grille mentioned probably not. Might get a green cotton air filter for it though. I think I'll only keep it for a year or so anyway so dont want to spend silly money, and the stuff I've got will loose little value or still be worth the same when I take it off. Apart from the stereo which can go from car to car. Ford example just won a gearknob on ebay. Not sure what ford its off (possibly a sportka) but its a solid aluminium ball one and I payed 11.50 for it. If I keep it in good nick it will easily fetch that on ebay again
