Resprayed/Restored Sapphire Cosworth Rolling Shell for your RS Turbo (SOLD)
Am aborting my project but want a nice Escort or Fiesta Rs Turbo for the show season, copied from my for sale thread...
Right, this is unbelievably hard but due to numerous circumstances i'm choosing to abort the project i've been working on for the last three years. Everything from my build thread except the engine (which will be finished and kept) is available and a parts thread listed in the relevant section. This thread is for the shell only so keep any other enquiries to pm or the other thread when it arrives.
I'm not sure the best way to describe the shell fully so the best bet is to look through my build thread for a full lowdown but it was bought as a clean unwelded exampled, had a few little bits of welding done (none structural), it's been respayed in the original Diamond White, cleaned and protected underneath, etc. Comes with logbook, loads of history and mot's. The only thing left i wanted to get done was a small hole next to the n/s bonnet hinge on one of the double skins (pic shown).
Rolling shell will consist of:
-Doors, bonnet, bootlid (with rouse spoiler)
-rear bumper with new strip, minus plate lights
-front bumper with new strip, mint fog lights, rouse splitter
-grill
-side skirts with all 4 jacking covers and straps mounted with black ally clips
door mouldings, very good seals, and outer plastics
-locks with 'torch' key matching ignition
-Front crossmember, steering rack, hubs, tcas, arb all polybushed
-rear beam and arms with polybushed mounts, arb with new drop links
-5 original 15" alloys and goodyear f1 tyres
-headlining, main loom (not engine), brake master cylinder and little odds and sods like that that it came with...
-OMP ally front strut brace
£2500 ono ...
may be interested in a swap or p/x my way for a Series 2 or something
