selling stuff in a thread
 

Morning bosses :)

If I have an item I am willing to part with am I allowed to offer it for sale in a thread where the question is "where can I get one of these?"?

Or would I need to provide a "this item is for sale thread and link it to said post?

Assuming said item was for sale by me and not on eBay but on pf?

Clarification of this would be appreciated as I have something for sale and someone may need it but I would rather not fall foul of any rules that I may not have spotted and get infractions for no one pointing them out

It would be ok if the person asking is a Goldmember mate.

If we see a "where I can I get one of these" thread In General Discussion for example, out of fairness to our paying members it will treated as a wanted advert and removed.

If the thread has been posted by a Goldmember it will usually be moved to the wanted section.
