is a solution to these blank pm's getting worked on by admin yet?
 

has a few off AG and a one off M,Hadland now and there both blank :wall:

also i don't get email notification till 2-5 hours later!

This need sorting, I'm paying to be a trader on here and it takes me ages to actually get into my pm's and then to find my replies are blank doesn't make me happy :sad:

Maybe some corruption in the PM Table when they have either done an update or rolled back to a previous version of the DB.

Usually fixed by querying the tables to check for NULL entries.

Have wrote it all out again, lets see if you get it this time.

Does it not go in your sent items? Or does it go in blank there too?

Can anyone tell me where this has been reported as you say but this is the first time i have heard of it and there is no topic in the problem report forum which is the only place myself or IB technical staff look for fault reports.

sorry stu i have noticed it said passionford polices but never noticed the problems part so didn't realize there was a room for these things and ive been on here years now :oops:

all that has happened Stu, for me is i receive a pm from another user but where they have wrote there message it is completely blank

I still need a screenshot from one if posssible guys, there may be an error message at bottom left of screen.

next time it happens, if it happens i will grab a screen shot,
