Default heater problem -anyone got any ideas please?

My other halfs 1999 Puma has a problem, well technically it's 2 problems but they may be related
When you squirt the windscreen washers it sounds like they are empty and only a little bit of water comes out (it is full and it is not frozen!)
The second part is the heaters/aircon, when you drive under 40mph ish the heater and aircon work fine but when driving for a while or if you speed above 40mph the temperature is constantly hot and not cold
Has anyone had a similair problem or have any suggestions please.
Many thanks

sounds like the filter on the pump is blocked. you need to remove the washer pump and the filter. clean it out and re-fit and try it.

not to sure about your other problem though.
