Escort Si & Universal Backbox
Hi Guys,
I've got a Rage Universal stainless backbox and a 97 escort 1.8 si.
The problem i'm having is that on the original box which is oval, the pipe goes in on the right, and comes out on the left. Which means to fit my backbox to that pipe, it would: a) be about 12" behind the bumper and b) be about 2" to the right of the exhaust cutout on the bumper.
Does anyone know which part would do the trick, and where I could get it from? I was thinking something like a pipe with say a 25 degree bend, then it would be coming out at a bit of an angle, which could look cool (specially as it's slash cut) would this work? If not, which part do I need

Ok I think i've actually found the part I need, its at need for speed and it's made by Peco it's a "2-bend Over-Axle Pipe" Not sure of the diameter of my downpipe, it will probably tell me in my haynes manual.
Is this part what I need?
