xr3i black around windows & door tops

as above does this peel of or is it painted?? going to look at 1 sunday. its the only bit that puts me of. dont want to start trying to peel it of why the guys there! only had combis or turbos somthing ive not come across before?? bit of a numpty question i know

Am pretty sure its painted mate a guy on here is restoring an xr3 and his is painted.

Don't know about the xr3i, but on my dads xr3 it was without doubt a film applied, as two sections bubbled and had to be "re-filmed" in black.
