Default Distinguishing blacktop / silvertop?

Pretty much as title suggests really. Ive got a zvh engine which ive recently bought and i just need to know whether its a silvertop or a blacktop and all i have is the block and was wondering how you could tell which one it was as i need to buy a set of rods as i believe there are slightly different big end or small end sizes (might be wrong!!)
any help much appreciated!
Cheers
Neil

the black top has the oil filter on the block. silvertops are on the pullley end on the oil pump.
