Just 1 day until payment deadline after that I will NOT be able to take any payments, I may have some spare stand passes and if I do I will offer them up for a donation towards pf events
As soon as tickets arrive with me which normally is 2 weeks approx to the show and I have more information then I will start a specific ticket and location thread with what you need to do on the day, bookings are now closed for ford fair 2015 and the closing number of cars attending is 126 on our stand

I will be going through the lists shortly seeing if there are any spare passes but as your the first to ask Im pretty sure I can sort you out , normally each year we ask for a contribution for spare passes which goes towards passionford events like our ace cafe birthday party meet and flags/banners etc as the events side of things is self funded by me 100% normally out of my own pocket

sounds awesome kev would love the 36 there as you will get a front row spot in that, steve is now going on the 3dr display so if you need a ticket and pass I can sell you steves at the discounted rate or just the pass its up to you , pmd
this means if you buy your ticket on the gate you can use the stand pass to gain entry into passionfords area and NOT be forced into the public car park where you will worrie all day if its still in one piece plus you can get into the show before the long traffic jams and public queue's, each year if we have any spare I offer them for a contribution towards passionford events as nobody finances or helps me run it at all, it helps me arrange things like insurance liability cover and regalia and arranging our yearly birthday bash at the ace cafe london. I only have 10 so once they are gone thats it
Guys do we pick up stand pass when we meet up do we meet there or convoy in.
we dont do convoys as we are all coming from different parts of the UK and europe and past experience means if one person is late to collect tickets then everyones late, bear in mind we have best part of 130 cars thats why we dont do it and as soon as kelsey post me the tickets and passes I repost them out to you guys the following day, they are expected towards end of next week which is a bloody nightmare tbh as kelsey are cutting it way too thin for my liking , I will start a thread as soon as tickets arrive with all info

Impossible for me to say tbh because you are relying on 2 different mail companys, if you are meeting up with someone here in the UK I could send it there but its totally up to you, this is kelsey's 1st year in charge of ford fair and they are well behind sending tickets out as they should have been posted out to clubs this week not next, but no matter how much I scream and stamp my feet they wont post them any quicker as I was on the phone to them yesterday, never had this trouble ever with future publishing
