OK folks PassionFord will again this year be holding its 12th birthday party at the world famous ACE CAFE LONDON on the bank holiday weekend of May 2nd from 6pm, Exhibitor parking is done on a reserve booking process only by me as the cafe nor any other party can accept any bookings at all, If your number plate is not down on my reserved parking list then you will NOT be able to exhibit your car in the display area and security will refuse you entry
Also on the same day in the morning I am aware the cortina owners club are also holding their event prior to ours which makes the whole day a real ford fest for any blue oval enthusiast, please be aware the MeT Police are invited guests of mine as we DO NOT want any anti social behavior so if expecting wheelspinning and acting the fool then stay at home as you wont be welcome
Bookings will be given 1st to passionford regulars who are well established and contribute to the forum with content rather than those who simply sign up to obtain a parking spot in our exhibition area.
Please note Brent council have installed a couple of speed humps outside the cafe in a bid to stop cars launching up and down the public road , but motorbikes are using it as a launch pad now
Please note You can ONLY book a prime exhibitor parking space through me from April 1st 2015 as the cafe will NOT take any bookings at all, plenty of parking spaces outside and arround the local area in surrounding streets last years saw over a 1000 visitors with cars parked for a mile long stretch of the A406 was featured in performance ford magazine and even sky news lol.
Everybody that attends "as a exhibitor" is asked to contribute £2 paid in advance per car, this will be used to fund treats and prizes for the nights fun
Prizes and regalia will be up for grabs on the night so make the effort guys

Can we please all of us get organised for any shows that Steve is organising for us next year and get your monies in at the earliest opportunity as this will make the process so much easier and better planned and better placing ! Remember the shows are for us and pf stand id well known for a fun relaxed day so lets make organising it the same for steve
Cheers Jay , 2015 will see earlier payment deadlines for all shows so the last minute brigade will be in the public car park if their fingers are not pulled out
andy you and mini are always welcome and Dean the door is always open for you fella, I will take bookings from april 1st and remember last years spaces all went in under a day
main reason I dont start taking bookings early is people change their cars or minds so with just a month from april 1st to actual event date means its fresh in everyones memory and everyone turns up
Ok as the tax disc has been binned by DVLA, Heres a treat for exhibitors at the Ace Cafe this year, I am having a ltd edition batch of these made up and will be given away FREE to exhibitors only, and each year new ones will be made with correct year displayed, They are tax disc sized and are for internal glass fitment

Been spending for past couple of months on the focus don't look nothing like sig pic would love to show all the hard work off at ace Steve
I can officially confirm Adrian Flux will be the primary sponsor for this event again this year and as such trophys and t shirts will be up for grabs as prizes as well as usual pens, keyrings give-aways and maybe just maybe the odd flux babe, and the whole event will be covered by Fast Ford magazine
have no issue with the car But I must give priority to long term pf members 1st as its only fair but should there be any spaces after bookings open on april 1st you will be placed on reserve list which is best I can offer, but there is plenty of outside parking available and around the area
