Well the final list is here of who is going to be showing off their pride and Joy at the Ace Cafe May 3rd 2014
All exhibitors may I request you all contribute £2 per car towards the nights activity's and this will ensure apart from the main prizes that you all leave with something, paypal is ideal in advance of the day please

This year Adrian Flux & Boostjunky have stepped up with some amazing prizes in 4 category's, I have also been told to expect the Flux Babes
Judging in the 4 category's will be done between 7-8 pm and the results and presentation made at 9pm
Performance Ford magazine as well as local press will be covering this event for local and national publication

If you are one of the lucky ones to have your name/user id above then these guidelines all apply to you
YOU MUST arrive as close to 6pm as possible as we are unable to reserve any space after 7pm for any reason at all so be warned, at 7pm if we see any spaces I will invite outside patrons into the exhibiting area to ensure the cafe parking is full and you will lose your spot, entry is via your number plate and security and myself will have these details so you wont be able to blag your way in.
I will hold a reserve list for those that did not make the A list in case of any drop outs I will contact you offering a spot if one becomes available but Note there are 1000s of spaces in the area including outside the cafe itself and the surrounding streets for visitors which are all FREE so get there early to grab a prime spot
Getting to the Cafe is easy as the its located on the side of the main A406 (NORTH CIRCULAR ROAD) with easy links from the A40/M1/M4/M25 in north west london
1, The police are always present and are welcomed by me to ensure we all have a good evening so enjoy yourselves
2, Once night falls the area can become very busy so always think safety first and lock your vehicle removing any valuables from display
3, The Cafe has strict rules on exhibitors bringing in food or drink as it is requested you only consume food or drink bought from the cafe itself on its property and not from any outside vendor.
4, Can we ask everyone to be on their best behavior not that there has ever been a issue before but still needs to be said as any anti social behavior will result in your car and yourself being asked to leave.

Definately get up there early lads, the A406 can be a real pig for traffic at times. on a clear day im about a 30 minute cruise away, but il be leaving well in advance.

nice one lads and no thanks needed, I would say aim to get there around 6 as there is a event on prior to ours (outlaw jap meet) which should all be cleared by then so 6pm is your target time

The Ace is not just about the car park though. It's about the whole area and ambience of the night 
We could stay up here and park in a car park but it's about the craic with people we would never normally meet. The scene down South is slightly different from up here which is quite surprising as the TV gives the impression of zero tolerance down South ?

spot in sinbad the police can be tough when needed but do apply common sense so if you take the p*ss you will get nicked its not rocket science, one of the reasons I always invite the police to take part in the night so they can enjoy it too
