My rents are selling their canal boat after nearly 8 years of owning it. Its a complete boat needing no work other then whatever you'd like to do to make it your own, ready to sleep in the day you own if you wish.

We have used it as a second home, get away type thing. From spending a night away to 3-4 weeks a time.

ex hotel boat, 63ft. Front room has a wood/coal burner fitter, leading to the kitchen with fridge, microwave, 4 burner hob and oven.
Then wc no.1 fitted with toilet and sink, next is bedrom no.1 with wardrobe space, and a double bed. Wc no.2 fitted with sink, toilet, and a shower, then onto bedroom/anything room at the rear. We used the rear room as a bedroom when needed as it was fitted with chairs that moved to two beds so is free to use as whatever you wished.

Boat is fitted with central heating also, and a large inverter with wall sockets (runs microwave, hoover, and whatever else needed).

There is 4 years boat safty cert (oct 2015)
1 year boat licence (april 2013)
1 year (transferable) insurance april 2013

Currently moored at Anderton Boat Yard in Cheshire (CW9)

Priced firmly at £47000
