ok folks ,

a really nice mint condition concreete sectional garage/ workshop for sale

measures approx 16 ft x 11ft concrete sections measure 7ft tall and theres the additional height of the peaked roof , prob 11-12 ft at the peak ,


has a full like new working door measuring 2.90 m wide x 2m tall which is remote and full electric powered ,

has a small double glazed window , two sections wide by 3 ft tall which can be postioned anywhere in the garage , comes 1 one extra section in case of breakage , also all tiles are complete and some spares there ,


will need a few strips of baton for re tiling the roof along with cpl rolls of felt that were removed when it was dismantled also a couplke of lengths of guttering ,
